If feel that you might like to use a marquee for your function, but wonder how you go about finding the right marquee, the right equipment and the right advice all at a competitive cost?

  • 1. Give us a call 01621 842114 or send an email. We always will try to answer the phone in person. When we are out of the office the phone is diverted to a member of staff and it is only as a last resort that you will get our answering service. Please leave a message, we will return your call as soon as possible. 
  • 2. We will ask you a few questions to help us get a rough idea of your thoughts for the proposed function before writing to you enclosing an information pack and requesting a meeting/sitevisit, some questions will be whether it will be a Traditional Marquee, Clearspan Marquee or Capri Tent.
  • 3. To us the meeting/site visit is very important. Except for the very simplest of jobs, we will not give you a firm quotation until we have inspected the site and discussed your requirements and expectations with you.
  • 4. We will try our best to find out precisely what you need for your function, in us doing this our quotation is right first time and will show a totally inclusive cost with no hidden extras. All quotations are itemised. The prices in the quotation are fixed (as long as the quotation is accepted within the time stated) and will not be increased prior to the event whether it be next month, next year or even the year after that.
  • 5. We will update and modify the quotation until you are happy that we are quoting for precisely what you want. Once you are ready to accept the quotation, please ask for a booking form and return it to us with your deposit. By signing thebooking form you are also signing agreement with our Conditions of Hire, a copy of which will have been sent to you in any email or hard copy we have sent.
  • 6. On receipt of the signed booking form, subject to availability, we will accept your order and send you a confirmation note. We are happy to add or subtract items from your order at any stage until about a week before the event.
  • 7. A couple of weeks before the event we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. We will always try our upmost to have the marquee for a wedding or large party erected at least 48 hours in advance of the event.
  • 8. Once the marquee is erected or the furniture delivered and all the equipment is on site, we will ask you to sign a delivery note. Normally payment is due at this stage. By signing the delivery note you accept responsibility for the equipment as defined in our Conditions of Hire and we strongly recommend that you arrange for event insurance to cover your liabilities from this stage or to agree to our optional waiver.
  • 9. Normally you will not see us again until we return to take the tent down and remove the equipment but, don't worry, you are not forgotten. If you have any problems with our equipment or worries concerning your event we are on call 24 hours a day.
  • 10. Finally after the function The marquee will be dismantled and the equipment removed from your site at the time agreed with you.
